1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the InspAIre platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. License and Usage Limits
InspAIre grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your corporate training processes. Any reverse engineering, copying, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
3. AI and Content Responsibility
Our platform generates content using advanced AI models. While InspAIre makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the generated content, final review and implementation responsibility lie with the user. AI outputs are for informational and advisory purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
Raw data uploaded by the user remains the property of the user. The platform's design, algorithms, and trademarks are the property of InspAIre. Final training materials generated by the AI can be used by the user within the scope of their corporate subscription.
5. Subscription and Payments
Our services are offered under specific subscription plans. Failure to make payments on time may lead to suspension of the service. Cancellation and refund processes are subject to the relevant subscription agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspAIre shall not be liable for any indirect damages or data loss arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
